I collaborated with both engineering and software teams to create a more efficient, dual-themed, and ADA compliant touch-screen UI for our automated gelatin shot machine. To this end, I also built a stand to house a working demo for presentation and testing purposes.

This on-brand and mobile-friendly website was designed with one goal in mind; improve customer email communications. To this end, the UX was refined to reduce opt-outs while gathering feedback on their current email program.

This online reference service enabled librarians to help Oregon residents find answers to questions and provide research guidance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I was excited to collaborate with a UX professional in the complete overhaul and redesign of this online tool.
