Employing over 100,000 people, Intel has a very real need for clear internal training. Working with instructional designers and developers, I storyboarded and designed eLearning courseware about Intel's marketing lifecycle and negotiations which included an introductory animation.
This custom eLearning courseware highlighted customer benefits, showcased printer and display technologies, and visually explained how those technologies worked. Most navigation was exploratory, and all courses were accessed through a gated online training portal.
Best Buy helped to ensure the success of their floor sales representatives through regular online training. Topics included brand positioning, new product features, and how to properly qualify customer needs to make appropriate purchase recommendations.
